Personal information provided to us via the Contact page is used by Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club solely for communicating with the senders regarding our products and services.

By sending us your personal data via our Contact form or by calling us, you authorize Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club staff to contact you and respond to you regarding our services via email, phone, text (if available), USPS mail, and similar tools regarding your inquiry. If you would like us to discontinue contacting you via any or all of those methods, please tell us via our Contact form or call us. We will update our records accordingly.

If you ask to receive our printed newsletter by USPS mail, you automatically give us permission to use your mailing address information for that purpose. You may contact us by phone or email to be removed from newsletter mailings.

If you are or become an active customer of Waterloo Rifle & Pistol Club, we will request the minimum additional personal data needed such as billing address, credit card data, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, etc., as appropriate. Reasons for such requests include but aren't limited to providing project estimates (as relevant); communicating about future, active, or completed projects; sending invoices and collecting payment; and dealing with insurance companies on your behalf. By providing that information to us, you give us permission to store and use it in the course of providing you products and / or services.

We share data internally within our team in the course of providing services to you. We do not share your personal data with any vendors or supplies unless it's required for a transaction concerning the project and we've notified you of the need to do that.

We never sell any of your personal data. By "personal data," we mean any information that allows us to identify you personally. Obvious examples include your name, email address, postal address etc.
